how long do orders take?

turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. most standard orders are completed within 1–3 weeks, while larger or highly customized orders may require additional time. you will be required to include your event date when ordering so timelines can be confirmed before purchase.

do you offer rush orders?

rush orders may be available depending on my current workload and the scope of your project. additional rush fees may apply. if you need something quickly, reach out before ordering and i’ll let you know what’s possible.

can i request any theme?

can you create items for an event that isn't listed on the website?

absolutely! collections are organized by occasion for easy browsing, but most products can be customized for any celebration. simply select "other" on the order form or contact me with your vision.

are digital files available?

select products are available as digital downloads or printed keepsakes. digital options are currently offered for items such as save the dates, invitations, welcome signs, thank you cards, thank you signs, and poster banners. professional printing is available as an add-on for certain items.

do i approve designs before printing?

absolutely! design proofs are sent for approval before anything is printed or finalized. production begins only after your approval has been received to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.
