Refund policy

Because all Studio Seraphina items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer and event, all sales are final and returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been approved and payment has been made.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, and event details before giving final approval. Once approval is received, Studio Seraphina is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Event cancellations or postponed events
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by Studio Seraphina, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@studioseraphina.org with photos of the issue so we can review and determine an appropriate solution.
