Studio Seraphina is an event design and gifting studio specializing in cohesive celebrations, custom designs, and meaningful keepsakes. From milestone birthdays and baby showers to bridal events, gifting experiences, and custom installations, every celebration is designed to create a memorable experience.
What services does Studio Seraphina offer?
Services include Design Concepts, backdrop installations, balloon décor, centerpieces and tablescapes, lettering and signage, gifting and keepsakes, concierge sourcing, and a curated catalog of products available for celebrations nationwide.
What types of events do you work on?
Studio Seraphina specializes in baby celebrations, birthdays, bridal events, and other meaningful occasions. Products and services can be tailored to a wide variety of celebrations, social gatherings, and select corporate events.
Are the photos on your website and social media real?
Some images featured on our website and social media are digital concept mockups created to help illustrate design possibilities before production. These images are based on original Studio Seraphina concepts and are intended to showcase products, layouts, colors, and personalization options. As our portfolio grows, photographs of completed products and client events will continue to be added alongside concept imagery.
How do I get started?
Purchase the Design Concept to begin working together. Your Design Concept payment reserves your event date and starts the design process.
After checkout, you'll receive an Event Information Form. Studio Seraphina will then create your custom design and present it during your Design Concept presentation before helping you select the products and services that best fit your celebration.

Design Concept
What does the Design Concept include?
The Design Concept is the first step in working with Studio Seraphina. Your Design Concept payment reserves your event date and begins the collaborative design process.
What happens after I make the Design Concept payment?
After checkout, you'll receive an Event Information Form where you can share your celebration details, inspiration, color preferences, timeline, and goals.
Studio Seraphina will then create your Design Concept presentation—a cohesive custom design that serves as the foundation for selecting products, décor, keepsakes, signage, and services throughout your celebration.
When do I choose products and services?
Products and services are selected after your Design Concept has been created. Once your custom design is approved, we'll recommend options and provide pricing based on your celebration, preferences, and budget.
Will I receive proofs before production?
Yes. Design proofs are provided for approval on all projects before production begins.
What happens if I approve a proof with an error?
Please review all proofs carefully before approval. Once a proof has been approved, Studio Seraphina is not responsible for errors including spelling, grammar, dates, names, or other information supplied by the customer.

Policies & Payments
Is a deposit required?
Your Design Concept payment begins the design process. Your event date is reserved once your Design Concept payment has been received and date availability has been confirmed.
After your Design Concept is approved and your selections are finalized, a quote will be provided. Quotes totaling $500 or more require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon acceptance. Quotes under $500 must be paid in full upon acceptance.
Detailed product design, sourcing, purchasing, and production preparation begin only after the required payment has been received.
When is final payment due?
For quotes totaling $500 or more, the remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before your event date.
If your quote is accepted fewer than 14 days before your event, the full balance is due upon acceptance.
Products will not be shipped, delivered, installed, or made available for pickup until all required payments have been received.
Why are retainers non-refundable?
Retainers authorize Studio Seraphina to begin detailed design work, sourcing materials, ordering supplies, reserving production time, and preparing for your event.
Because time, materials, and resources are committed specifically to your celebration once work begins, retainers are non-refundable.
Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of personalized products and event services, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless an error has been made by Studio Seraphina.
Can I cancel my order or project?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Design Concept payments, retainers, completed design work, purchased materials, sourced items, and other non-recoverable costs are non-refundable.
Any remaining refund eligibility will depend on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Studio Seraphina within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What if I need something sooner than the standard turnaround time?
Rush services may be available depending on scope and current availability. Additional rush or emergency rush fees may apply.

Event Services & Installations
Do you offer setup and installation services?
Yes. Select services are available with setup and installation for local events. Availability depends on the project scope, location, timeline, and event requirements.
What happens with the installation materials after my event?
Display structures, stands, frames, easels, and certain installation materials remain the property of Studio Seraphina and will be removed after the event unless otherwise specified.
Can you source items for my event?
Yes. Concierge sourcing services are available for clients who would like assistance finding gifts, favors, specialty items, vendor referrals, and other event details that complement their celebration.
Do you offer full event planning?
No. Studio Seraphina focuses on event design, décor, gifting, and creative details rather than full-service event planning or event coordination.
Do you travel for events?
Studio Seraphina primarily serves Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. Travel outside the standard service area may be available depending on the project and will be quoted individually.
Are transportation and installation fees included?
Transportation and installation fees are quoted separately when required. Costs vary based on the event location, setup requirements, labor, and materials involved.
Can I combine multiple services into one celebration?
Absolutely. Many clients combine design services, signage, installations, gifting, keepsakes, and event decor to create a coordinated experience. Custom proposals can be tailored to your specific needs and vision.

Gifting & Keepsakes
Do you offer custom gifts and keepsakes?
Yes. Studio Seraphina creates personalized gifts, keepsakes, and celebration details designed to commemorate meaningful milestones and special occasions.
What types of gifting services do you offer?
Offerings may include proposal boxes, welcome bags, favor packaging, curated gift sets, bridal party gifts, baby celebration gifts, milestone keepsakes, and other custom gifting experiences.
Can you create gifts for recipients I don't know how to shop for?
Absolutely. Concierge gifting services are available for clients who would like assistance selecting, sourcing, and curating meaningful gifts based on the recipient, occasion, and budget.
Can gifts and keepsakes be personalized?
Yes. Many items can be customized with names, dates, initials, event details, special messages, and other personalized elements depending on the project.
Can gifting be incorporated into my event design project?
Yes. Many clients combine gifting services with event design, signage, décor, and custom details to create a cohesive experience from invitation to celebration.
Can I request a completely custom gifting project?
Absolutely. Custom gifting projects are one of Studio Seraphina's specialties. Whether you're envisioning a single keepsake, a curated gift experience, or a large-scale gifting project, custom inquiries are always welcome.

Shipping & Local Services
Do you offer products that can be shipped nationwide?
Yes. Many gifts, keepsakes, party details, signage, and other products created through Studio Seraphina can be shipped throughout the United States.
Which services are available locally only?
Services involving setup, installation, large-scale décor, balloon installations, backdrops, and tablescapes are generally available throughout the Atlanta Metro area and surrounding communities.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible products. Some oversized, fragile, or specialty items may be designated as pickup-only when shipping is not practical.
Why are some items pickup only?
Certain products are too large, fragile, or dimensional to be safely shipped through standard carriers. These items may be designated as local pickup only or may require delivery and installation services.
Will I receive tracking information for shipped products?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your eligible products have been shipped.
Can I choose both shipped products and local event services?
Absolutely. Many clients combine shipped keepsakes, gifts, signage, and other products with local services such as installations, balloon décor, and backdrops to create a cohesive celebration.
