Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Studio Seraphina via USPS using the most appropriate shipping method based on package size, weight, destination, and delivery needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Most standard shipments range between approximately $5–$15 depending on the size and weight of the order, though larger orders may exceed this range.

Domestic Shipping

Most standard items are eligible for domestic shipping throughout the United States.

Please note that certain oversized or fragile items are not eligible for shipping due to size limitations and the risk of damage during transit. This includes items such as:

  • Acrylic signs
  • Foam board signs
  • Large 3D flowers
  • Paper banners

Local Pickup

Items that cannot be shipped are available for local pickup only at a designated UPS Store location in the Smyrna/Marietta area. For safety and privacy reasons, pickups are not conducted from a residential address.

Local pickup is also available for any eligible order if you would prefer to pick up your items instead of paying for shipping. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout if available, or contact the studio prior to placing your order to coordinate arrangements.

Processing & Delivery Times

Because all items are custom-made, processing times vary depending on the order size, level of customization, and current order volume.

General turnaround estimates:

  • Digital items: Delivered electronically after final approval
  • Printed and physical items: Processing times vary by product and will be communicated during the ordering process

Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by USPS and are outside of Studio Seraphina’s control.

Important Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Studio Seraphina is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues once a package has been accepted by the carrier
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
