Studio Seraphina proudly serves clients nationwide through shipped products and select services. Local event services are primarily available throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Availability for installations and on-site services may vary depending on the location, scope, and timeline of your event.

Installation Services

Certain services, including backdrops, balloon décor, centerpieces, tablescapes, and event signage, may require on-site setup and installation.

Installation fees may apply depending on the complexity, labor requirements, and scope of the event. Clients are responsible for confirming venue permissions, setup access, and any event-specific requirements before installation begins.

Certain display structures, stands, frames, easels, and installation materials remain the property of Studio Seraphina and will be removed following the event unless otherwise stated.

Transportation

Some installations require specialty transportation due to the size or quantity of event materials involved. Transportation costs are included in the quote before any work begins.

Concierge & Sourcing services are intended to support products and services provided by Studio Seraphina and are not intended to replace full-service event planning.

Rush services may be available depending on the scope of your event and current production schedule. Additional fees may apply, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Studio Seraphina reserves the right to decline rush requests when timelines cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Customer-Provided Items

Clients may provide select items to be incorporated into their celebration, subject to approval and compatibility with the project.

Studio Seraphina is not responsible for delays, defects, sizing issues, material limitations, or quality concerns related to customer-provided items. Approval is required before purchasing or shipping items intended for customization.
