Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed through the website. One half of the ordering process is filling out the order form, and the other half includes choosing your bundle or a la carte items.

What information should I include with my order?

The more details, the better. Helpful information includes your event date, theme, color palette, wording, inspiration images, quantities, and any personalization requests.

Can I customize colors, wording, and designs?

Yes! All designs can be personalized to match your event aesthetic, theme, and wording preferences.

Can you create items for an event that isn't listed on the website?

Absolutely! Collections are organized by occasion for easy browsing, but most products can be customized for any celebration. simply select "other" on the order form or contact me with your vision.

Can you match inspiration photos?

Inspiration photos are welcome and helpful for understanding your vision. While designs are never copied exactly, they can be used as creative direction for your order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Some items may have minimum quantity requirements depending on the product type. Details are listed within each product description.

 

Design Process

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes! Proofs are provided for approval before printing or final production begins.

How many revisions are included?

Minor revisions are included to ensure your design is exactly what you want it to be. Extensive redesigns or major changes after approval may require an additional fee.

What happens if I approve a proof with an error?

Please review proofs carefully before approving. Once approval is given, Studio Seraphina is not responsible for errors including spelling, grammar, dates, or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

 

Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — domestic shipping is available throughout the United States.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available for customers in the Atlanta Metro area, especially for larger items that cannot be safely shipped.

Why are some items pickup only?

Certain products such as foam board signs, banners, and oversized décor pieces are too fragile or large for standard shipping and are therefore available for pickup only.

Do you offer local delivery?

Not at this time.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

Digital Products

How will I receive digital files?

Digital files are delivered electronically through email after final approval and payment.

Can I print digital files myself?

Yes! Digital files can be printed through a printer of your choice unless otherwise specified.

Do digital purchases include physical products?

No. Digital purchases are for files only unless a printed upgrade is selected.

 

Policies

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final, and returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe before design work or production has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact Studio Seraphina within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so the issue can be reviewed.

What if my package is delayed by USPS?

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Studio Seraphina is not responsible for postal delays.

What types of events do you create for?

Studio Seraphina specializes in baby celebrations, birthdays, bridal events, and coordinated occasion details.

Do you only offer paper goods?

No. Studio Seraphina also offers coordinated accessories, apparel, keepsakes, signage, favors, and custom event details designed to create a cohesive experience.

Are all products handmade?

Many items are handmade and assembled in-studio with careful attention to detail and customization.

Do you take last-minute orders?

Depending on availability, some last-minute orders may be accepted. Rush fees may apply.
